The most populous, popular city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates has stolen my heart completely! I will forever remember the feeling when I crossed the “threshold” of the plane. I was like: What? Is this Finnish sauna? I simply couldn’t believe that beside extremely hot weather climate is so wet and stuffy. People told me there that umbrellas are something unusual. I’m sure they are celebrating when it rains! So believe me, we are the lucky ones. We have weather all seasons properly and normally sorted. Agree? Or you want to “die” in 40 degrees and more, every day, every month, every year?! It’s so impressive that every corner of our planet serves perflectly well for those who live there. All depends on human habits and different lifestyles.
100 people – 100 miracles, simply as that. We can get used to anything, if we want
1. “must see” in Dubai: Burj Khalifa
Soaring 830m above the metropolis of Dubai, the Burj Khalifa is the world’s tallest building. Imagine, we all know huge Eiffel Tower (312m) but almost 3x higher! Blue tornado in Gardaland was peace of cake for me. On the top of Burj Khalifa you just get feeling that everything is moving. With marvelous view from the top you can see how this “desert” city has been slowely growing.
This quote is so inspiring and it tells all! I love it.
2. “must see” Dubai Mall
The biggest shopping center in the world. For all fashionistas and shopaholics this is “fashion heaven”. Here you can find ALL the luxury brands. They have actually one floor all for kids! Please try to remember where you go inside otherwise you won’t find back – never 🙂 Nothing is missing there, you will find anything you want.
I really mean anything 🙂
Here you can find also the biggest Aquarium with so many different underwater animals.
Picture with one I adore and one I hate!
3. “must see” Burj Al Arab
I think Burj Al Arab is the first special and unique building, builded in Dubai. We all recognize Dubai by this. It’s most luxury hotel standing on an artificial island (280 m) from Jumeirah beach and it is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. It has been called ‘The world’s only 7 star Hotel’ and is the third tallest hotel in the world. The shape of the structure is designed to mimic the sail of a ship.
4. “must see” Atlantis the Palm Aquaventure
For me the most stunning, incredible, amazing, beautiful, unbelievable place on earth!
I will never ever forget this paradise in Dubai. It looks so unreal and so it is! For our 1 year anniversary me and my boyfriend spent the day in Palm Aquaventure with dolphins. My dream come true!!! I will stop here because there is nothing more to say…
Officially lost my heart here!
